Societe Brewing Co. / Stone Liberty Station “The Skedaddler”
Event Overview

Always on the hunt for small-batch & experimental beers? Thursdays are your hot ticket! We’re tapping a special creation from the brewhouse at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station, where our Brewing Manager, Kris Ketcham, conjures up a slew of unique and experimental brews. We pour through these limited-release beers until they run out, so early birds, worms: all that jazz.

Societe Brewing Co. / Stone Liberty Station “The Skedaddler”

Appearance – Light gold, thin white head. Brilliant clarity.

Nose – Combination of different fruit: dragon fruit, tropical, orange. Pine and resin as well.

Taste – Fruit leads to dankness. Orange, peach, apricot leading to a strong dank finish. Hint of wood.

Palate – Fruit bomb leading to an intense resin/dank, dry finish.

Overall – A complex IPA combining some old school and new school properties. A truly international IPA as well with the use of American, German, New Zealand, and Australian hops. This melting pot approach combines some really nice diverse flavor and aromas.
