Style – India Pale Ale

Appearance – Hazy, straw-like in appearance, a white foamy head with good retention.

Aroma – Fresh and bright with aromas of lemon, melon, mint, grassy herbals, and vanillin.

Taste – Nose carries over up front but finishes with a classic West Coast bitterness on the finish that plays well with the mild malt sweetness.

Palate – Medium bodied, dry finish.

Overall – Kind of a combination of new meets old. Classic West Coast bitterness with the more modern hazy fruit forward hoppiness that everyone is looking for in their IPAs today. Regardless of what style IPA you prefer, this one will make everyone happy!
