Stone Liberty Station Guavasaurus Rex

Style – Guava Sour

Appearance – Hazy Amber/copper with an off white foam

Aroma – Guava, tropical candies, oak, mild honey

Taste – Nose carries over with tart juicy guava and white wine.

Palate – Sour, Dry, Refreshing

Overall – Brewed for the Pasadena Stores 5th anniversary. A kettle sour that makes you feel like you are drinking a tart tropical white wine.
