Stone Liberty Station Pineapple A-Salt
Event Overview

Always on the hunt for small-batch & experimental beers? We’re tapping a special creation from the brewhouse at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station, where our Brewing Manager, Kris Ketcham, conjures up a slew of unique and experimental brews. We pour through these limited-release beers until they run out, so early birds, worms: all that jazz.

Stone Liberty Station Pineapple A-Salt

Style – Pineapple Chili Gose

Appearance – Clear with mild haze, yellow to golden with a white foam head

Aroma – Pineapple, ocean water, honey, wheat, green peppers

Taste – Pineapple juice, lemon, fruity hot peppers

Palate – Light bodied and refreshing, with a light amount of spice

Overall –The pineapple works well with the acidity produced during the kettle sour. The combination of the sea with the pineapple leaves your mouth salivating for another sip while the chili peppers are just the right amount to still make the beer taste refreshing. After a few sips your throat to your chest will have a nice warm feeling, but your mouth will not feel like it’s on fire. Tropical heat in a glass.
