Lambic Sundays
Join us for Lambic Sundays, 25% off
Lambics and sour beers all day long.
Unlike conventional ales and lagers, which are fermented by carefully cultivated strains of brewer’s yeasts, Lambic beer is instead
produced by spontaneous fermentation:
it is exposed to the wild yeasts and bacteria that are said to be native to the Senne valley, around Brussels. It is this unusual
process which gives the beer its distinctive
flavor: dry, vinous, and cidery, with complex and refreshing sour notes throughout. |

Tapas Tuesdays
| EVERY TUESDAY FROM 4-7 PM |
tah•pahs –n (esp. in Spain) a snack or appetizer,
typically served with beer or wine.
Enjoy variety? Every Tuesday we special tapas-sized (and tapas-priced)
versions of our dishes ranging across the entire menu. Whether you’re
looking for lighter dining, or a greater variety, Tapas Tuesdays are for
you. |

Handpump Humpdays
Every Wednesday the Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens helps you get over the hump of the week by having a special cask hooked up at the bar. Our guy, Justin Evelyn, works diligently with the brewing department to get amazing one-off Stone creations that have been barrel aged, uniquely dry hopped or wildly spiced on cask to share! Check our calendar page for this month's line up, plus keep a lookout for Guest Casks from other craft breweries that Justin has arranged for some Fridays through the month! |
