Well almost everything. Employee discount pricing is valid on full retail priced items only. Sales items are excluded.
Can I order beer online and get my discount?
No, online discounts only apply to Stone Merchandise.
What is the cost of shipping?
For consumers, ground shipping in the Continental US is FREE for orders of $30 or more.
What if I’m at HQ and want to pick up my order?
We are working through the mechanics of this service, but it is not available at this time. Warehouse pick up is not part of the initial roll out and we encourage you to visit our amazing store locations should you need some cool Stone Merch the same day. We will send out communication to Team Stone when we are ready to roll out warehouse pick-up.
When will my order ship and when can I expect it?
Most orders will ship within 48 hours. Orders placed after noon on Friday, over the weekend or on a holiday will be processed on the next business day. Ground shipments can take 3-5 days to arrive and if you haven’t received your order within 7 days, please be sure to contact us at stone.store@stonebrewing.com.
Can I ship my order to an International address?
Yes, there is a standard flat rate shipping charge of $34.99. No duties/taxes are collected when delivered.
Where can I find my order information after I place my order?
Once you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This will provide you all the details of your order.
You are also able to go back into your account online and view “My Account” to see the details of your order there along with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Lastly, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order ships from either UPS or USPS.
