Style - Specialty Hybrid Al
ABV - 8%
General Notes - Tart, Funk, Peach, Coconut, Oak, Tea, Complex
Overview - Our Collab with Boochcraft to go along side the movie Space Balls. A Kombucha Ale Hybrid where we took some of Boochcraft’s active tea and kettle soured our wort. This finished fermented hybrid got a heavy dosage of Sabro hops leading to a complex enjoyable flavor.
