Let the members of Team Stone be your expert instructors during Flight School, an educational guided tasting of four stellar beers held at our Stone Brewing locations. Tuition is just $15 and space will be available on a first come, first served basis, so make sure not to sleep through your alarm!
On Thursday, February 14 we will be celebrating the special day with a Flight School selection featuring four sinfully delicious chocolates from Chuao Chocolatier paired with four delectable Stone brews. Class begins at 7pm at the Company Store at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Liberty Station. Check out the beer list below!
Tickets can be purchased at Stone Company Store –Liberty Station (in person or over the phone) and are available on a first come, first served basis.
Stone Ghost Hammer IPA (Unfiltered, floral, lemony, tropical)
- Paired w/ Honeycomb (Crunchy bits of golden, caramelized honey embrace deep dark chocolate, like secret lovers meeting on a warm summer night.)
Stone Tropic of Thunder Lager (Citrus, tropical and fruit aromas and flavors in a refreshing, crushable lager)
- Paired w/ Totally Tangy Mango (Ripe mangos dusted with tangy homemade mix of lime, sea salt and a hint of pasilla chile and dipped in rich dark chocolate.)
Stone Great Bowman’s Beard aged in Bourbon Barrels (Scotch Ale brewed at Liberty Station)
- Paired w/ Cinnamon Cereal Smooch (decadent milk chocolate with sweet nibbles of crushed cinnamon toast cereal)
Stone Zombie Love Potion (Chocolate Pomegranate Porter brewed at Liberty Station)
- Paired w/ Firecracker (Silky dark chocolate, a dash of chipotle and a sprinkling of sea salt come together in a scintillating sizzle until…popping candy explodes for the ultimate SURPRISE!)
