We pour through these limited-release beers until they run out, so early birds, worms: all that jazz.

Nick Norton / Kris Ketcham “Grain Minds Think Alike” 

Style- Imperial Multi-Grain Stout

Appearance- Motor oil in a glass with a tan foam head

Aroma- Granola, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, cold coffee, green peppers, anise,

Taste- Nose carries over with a plenty of multi-grain character, roast and dark bitter cocoa

Palate- Full bodied with a complex mouthfeel

Overall- A collaboration brew for our 5th Anniversary at Liberty Station. Nick Norton (former brewer at Liberty Station) was a huge part of our growth in the brewery so it only seemed fitting I would invite him back to brew a beer we talked about years ago after brewing the prototypes for Grainiac.
