Event Overview

The magic of pairing beer with food has been a passion of ours since our founding. For our latest beer pairing dinner at Stone Brewing – Richmond, we’re teaming up with Auntie Ning’s, makers of amazing authentic Filipino food using traditional recipes from friends and family.  

YOUR $50 TICKET INCLUDES: 

  • Four courses w/ your choice of entrée 
  • Pairing pours of seven Stone beers, ranging from fan favorites to rare special creations 

Please note: A limited number of tables for parties of 2, 4 and 6 are available. One purchase per party, please – we will not combine multiple parties or purchases, and visiting other parties will not be allowed. For other party sizes, special accommodations and any other questions, email ticketsales@stonebrewing.com.

WELCOME SNACK & PINT 

Veggie Sinigang: Mildly spicy and aromatic tamarind soup loaded with broccoli, okra, Chinese eggplant & bok choy. 

Paired with a 16oz pour: Stone Buenaveza Salt & Lime Lager (ABV 4.7%) 

 

APPETIZER 

Lumpia: Auntie Ning’s most popular item. Delicious Filipino version of egg rolls 

Paired with 5oz pours: Stone Dayfall Belgian White (ABV 5.5%) & Stone The Dark Oats (ABV 5.5%) 

 

ENTRÉE 

(Choose one at time of ticket purchase) 

Chicken Adobo: Tangy, marinated chicken stewed in soy sauce and vinegar, spiced with garlic, pepper, & bay leaves, served over garlic fried rice. 

OR 

Lechon: Juicy slices of pork belly marinated in our special homemade blend, slow-cooked and then flash-fried, served w Garlic fried rice 

Paired with 5oz pours: Stone Tangerine Express Hazy IPA (ABV 6.7%) & Stone Enjoy By 04.20.21 Hazy IPA (ABV 9%) 

 

DESSERT 

Ube Brownie Cheesecake*: Ube (purple yam) flavored brownie topped with a layer of cheesecake. *contains nuts 

Paired with 5oz pours: Stone Features & Benefits IPA w/ Mango and Coconut (ABV 4%) & Stone Liberty Station At Long Last 6th Anniversary (ABV 11.6%)
