Stone Mission Sour - Strawberry & Sour Cherry

ABV: 8.9
Notes: The name says it all! Aromatic and floral strawberry, intense sour cherry, and a very log finish on this beer. A complex sour with lots of wine barrel character, soft acidity and moderate perceived sweetness. Should age well for many, many years, or drink now!

Stone Borreo Gose w/ Sour Cherry

ABV: 4.5
Notes: Kettle sour brewed with coriander, salt and lots of sour cherry. Cherry and sour fruit notes are predominant with a very clean finish. Hints of salt and coriander.

Funkwerks Rhuberry Provincial

ABV: 4.2
Notes: Sour Ale Brewed with Raspberries. This delicious creation was truly a product of creativity, ingenuity, and luck. In the summer of 2013 we took a test batch of our sessionable sour summer ale, Provincial, that didn’t quite hit gravity and decided to have some fun with it by adding a heavy dose of raspberries. The end result was so delicious, we ended up brewing it year-round.

Beachwood Blendery Into The Great Unknown

ABV: 6.5
Notes: A dry-hopped lambic-inspired ale in which we utilize a different hop varietal for each batch. We begin by carefully selecting and blending barrels that have been aging for 9 to 14 months. Then, once the desired combination is chosen, we dry hop in the blending tank with a specific variety of hops (in this version, Mosaic), and bottle condition with wine yeast for at least three months.
