Bay Area native DJ Aaron Axelsen has been championing new music for two decades now and is currently the Music Director/Assistant Program Director of the alternative station ALT 1053.  Axelsen also co-founded and is resident DJ of one of the country’s longest-running  indie club nights in the states, POPSCENE,  San Francisco, where artists like  The Killers, Muse, Amy Whinehouse, Katy Perry, Mumford & Sons, Phoenix, Ellie Goulding and Imagine Dragons ALL played their first Bay Area shows. Aaron spins a fun, cutting edge, yet very palatable DJ set, that includes brand new remixes, EDM, Top 40, ‘80s, classic hip-hop, ‘60s soul, 2000’s indie, future bass and more.
