Stone Growls Like a Tiger Double IPA

• ABV: 9.2%
• Notes: We’ve made some solid IPAs at Napa so far.  This one is straight up epic.  Tropical fruit character abounds in this beer with intense mango, pineapple, stone fruit, and tangerine/orange citrus.  Uses very rare and very special Riwaka and Wai-Iti hops from New Zealand.  The companion beer to Purrs Like a Kitten Session IPA.  Got the names from when I turned on the mill and milled grain for the first time in Napa.  The mill ripped through the grain and then kept rolling, but was very quiet, leading me to describe it’s operation as: gnashing it’s teeth like a tiger (while milling grain) and purring like a kitten (while running but not milling grain).  Two epic beer names for two great beers were born.
