Stone Liberty Station Beer Today, Gove Tomorrow
Event Overview

Always on the hunt for small-batch & experimental beers? Thursdays are your hot ticket! We’re tapping a special creation from the brewhouse at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station, where our Brewing Manager, Kris Ketcham, conjures up a slew of unique and experimental brews. We pour through these limited-release beers until they run out, so early birds, worms: all that jazz.

Stone Liberty Station Beer Today, Gove Tomorrow

ABV - 5.6

Appearance – Looks like honey, mild haze and an off white foam
Aroma – Bubble gum, honey, orange, pear, peach, mild hops, and spices
Taste – Nose carries with lots of honey, wheat, pithy citrus, and spices
Palate – Light bodied, refreshing, mildy tart, and very dry
Overall – Our Collaboration brew with Saltwater Brewing out of Delray Beach Florida. A honey witbier using both orange blossom honey from Florida and California. A little different from more classic witbier’s due to the addition of honey and exclusion of coriander. Huge honey and yeast presence that stays with you from start to finish.
