Style – Imperial Hefeweizen w/Tangerine and Lemon

Appearance – Creamy yellow orange. This beer is un-filtered

Nose – Tropical fruit, Bubble-gum, Spices, Citrus fruits

Taste – Banana, Tangerine, Lemon, Cloves, Bubble-gum

Palate – Sweet up front with some mild lingering bitterness. Full bodied creamy texture makes your mouth salivate for more.

Overall – This was a sort of collaboration with Brewer Matt Courtright and I. He wanted a tangerine hefe and I wanted a lemon hefe, so we ended up doing both. However, we quickly realized that this beer wasn’t going to fly as a traditional hefe so we made it Hefty
