We’re tapping a special creation from the brewhouse at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station, where our Brewing Manager, Kris Ketcham, conjures up a slew of unique and experimental brews. We pour through these limited-release beers until they run out, so early birds, worms: all that jazz.

Stone Liberty Station Clip Clop Coconut Trot

Style – Coconut Brown IPA or Hoppy Coconut Brown Ale

Appearance – Dark Brown with a tan foam head

Nose – Roasted malts, pineapple, peach, and coconut

Taste – Coffee and chocolate covered coconut mixed with tropical fruits and raisin.

Palate – Medium bodied with a lingering bitterness.

Overall – A brown ale hopped like an IPA, but with just enough coconut to overpower the hops. Pretty much adding coffee and chocolate to your pina colada.
