Stone Liberty Station Hipsta Tripsta

Style – Belgian Style Triple Brewed w/Rose Hips

Appearance – Clean, golden with a white foam head

Nose – Fruity, yeast spice, banana, pear, mild raisin, and dried fruits 

Taste – Nose carries over with more yeast flavor dominating with pepper, red apple, and tart cranberries

Palate – Full bodied with a smooth and creamy mouth feel, finishes mildly dry and tart

Overall – It’s been a long time since we made a Belgian Style Triple. This one takes all the classic elements and then introduces some rose hips to the brew. A great looking and tasting triple with plenty of yeast driven flavor and aromatics. The rose hips add another deep layer of fruit that is reminiscent of cranberries and fruit roll-ups.
