Always on the hunt for small-batch & experimental beers? Thursdays are your hot ticket! We’re tapping a special creation from the brewhouse at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station, where our Brewing Manager, Kris Ketcham, conjures up a slew of unique and experimental brews. We pour through these limited-release beers until they run out, so early birds, worms: all that jazz.
Stone Liberty Station Liberty Belché
Style- Belgian Style Blonde Ale
Appearance- Clean straw to yellow with a white foam head
Nose- Light bubblegum, sweet malts, mild citrus and spices
Taste- Nose carries over with malts and Belgian yeast characteristics
Palate- Clean, crisp and drinkable. Light to medium bodied with a palate pleasing finish
Overall- A very drinkable, yeast driven, well attenuated Belgian Style Blonde. This is just Liberty Cliché with a belgian yeast. This time we used Belgian Abbey yeast.
