Stone Napa Hail to the Spot Thief

• Style: IPA
• ABV: 7%
• The spiritual successor to Stone 21st Anniversary Hail to the Hop Thief Double IPA, my beer that was brewed for Stone’s Anniversary party last year.  I didn’t want the recipe to go away completely as I liked the hop combination.  Pekko hops give an almost cherry candy flavor, with Mosaic and 06297 hops giving tons of citrus aroma and flavor.
