Event Overview

On the hunt for new, small-batch & experimental beers? We’re tapping a couple special releases from Stone Brewing - Napa, where our Sr. Manager, Brewing & Innovation, Steve Gonzalez, crafts his award-winning creations. We pour through these limited-release beers until they run out, so early birds, worms: you know the drill.

Stone Borreo Gose w/ Boysenberry

  • ABV: 4.5%
  • Notes: Kettle sour brewed with coriander, salt and boysenberry. Boysenberry and other sour fruit notes are predominant with a very clean finish. Hints of salt and coriander.

Stone JOvian Orbit

  • ABV: 8.2%
  • Notes: Brewed with unmalted wheat to lighten the body, there are no bittering hops in the beer, so bitterness is very mild.  Australian Ella & US Citra hops added in abundance at the back end both in the whirlpool and dry-hop.  Ella contributes tropical character, and Citra contributes soft citrus and stone fruit character.  Very juicy.

Stone Professor Monster IPA w/Yuzu

  • ABV: 7.7%
  • Notes: Brewed with Yuzu citrus peel imported from Japan, plus Centennial & 06297 hops that were high in orange peel aromas.  Yuzu is a citrus used in ponzu sauce and really intensely juicy.  This beer is all about the refreshing citrus peel flavors.

Fort Point/Stone One Word Grãtzer w/Walnut & Oak Woods

  • ABV: 5.4%
  • Notes: A take on a traditional Polish ale, soured, brewed with walnut & oak logs, oak smoked wheat malt and Saphir hops from Germany.   Smokey, sour, refreshing, plus marzipan and vanilla notes from the woods.
