Event Overview

Right now, beer festivals aren’t really a “thing.” But what if you could travel from beer station to beer station just like you were attending one – without all the crowding, lines and general hullabaloo? We’re getting together with a few of our closest beer buds to curate a progressive guided tasting experience at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station! While safely distanced from other folks, you’ll make your way through each station and learn all about these heroic hometown brewers (including us, if we may humbly add) and their creations from brewery representatives themselves. 

YOUR $45 TICKET INCLUDES

  • Sixteen 4oz tasters of San Diego County beer & booch 
  • Tasty bites from our kitchen 
  • Education from brewery reps 

One purchase per party, please – we cannot combine multiple parties or tables and mingling or visiting of other parties will not be allowed. Four session times are available: 1:00, 1:40, 2:20 and 3:00pm. You’ll be asked to arrive 30 minutes prior to your session to check-in so that we may execute a safe entry into the tasting. 

Tasty bites will be included at each station, but if you wish to have a meal at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station before or after the event, reservations are highly recommended. You will also receive 25% off the food menu.

paired w/ Mee Goreng; Malaysian style noodle dish. Curry, Sweet Tomato Sauce, Potatoes, Cabbage, Egg, Noodles, Tofu.

Stone At Long Last 6th Anniversary
paired w/ Chinese Sticky Ribs; chinese five spice, charsiu, and ginger glazed St. Louis style ribs

 

Station 3

Pizza Port Secret Swamis
paired w/ Red curry rubbed crispy chicken wings on a bed of Asian style slaw topped with scallions

Modern Times Space Ways Hazy Nelson IPA
paired w/ Salt and Pepper Prawns; Crispy tempura battered prawns, salt and pepper seasoning, crunchy garlic, crushed red pepper, scallions, and cilantro.

 

Station 4

Lost Abbey Gnoel de Abbey
paired w/ Birria Sopes; Beef chuck braised in mexican chilis, cinnamon, nutmeg, and clove. Served on fresh sopes with a black bean puree, cotija, pickled onions, and cilantro

paired w/ Stone Xocoveza infused Gingerbread Cookie topped with Pumpkin Spiced Double Chocolate Ice Cream.
