Midweek blues can be combatted with well-cared-for, Stone beer! Every Tuesday we tap a keg (or kegs) of a unique Stone brews outside of our year-round lineup.  Expect vintage variations of some of our favorite brews like, Stone Old Guardian Barley Wine, Stone Imperial Russian Stout, or one of our other rare, special creations. We urge you to keep in mind that supplies of these highly sought-after beers are often very limited!

A simple recipe using heirloom hops from Crazy Horse Ranch in Temecula and Golden Promise malt from England. Rubbing and smelling the hops and looking at their heritage, we thought our interpretation of what a traditional British India pale ale should be was the way to go with this brew. Big biscuit flavors from the British malts with floral, tangerine peel, and slight grass notes typical of a wet-hop beer.
