Stone Koteka Rise & Grind (Bourbon Barrel aged Imperial Red Ale w/Papua New Guinea Coffee)

ABV: 10.3%

An Imperial Red Ale with a pound per barrel of Papua New Guinea whole bean coffee added.  Flavors of cold brew coffee meld with the barrel woodiness and oak vanillin to create a sensation reminiscent of tasting a coffee with cream liqueur added.  Some typical cold extracted coffee flavors such as green and red chili like notes typical of good cold brew are present.  A rich and satisfying brew.
