Style: India Pale Festbier (India Pale Lager)

Appearance: Clean Amber color with an off white foam head

Aroma: Citrus, Stone Fruit, Tropical, Pine, Earthy, Herbal and Woody

Taste: Nose Carries over with Orange, Lemon, Apricot, Melon, Soil, and Hop Resin

Palate: Medium/Full Bodied with a mildly sweet malty finish. Clean smooth finish

Overview: An India Pale Festbier? Sure, why not. Not something that actually exists but that’s the world we live in now. An India Pale Lager with enough sweetness and color to pull for a festbier. Lots of great American hops mix with some German malts and Lager yeast. The time of the year is almost over so why not enjoy it before it’s gone.
