Stone Liberty Station Punk Style

Style - Scottish Ale

Appearance – Clean Copper/Amber with an off white foam

Nose – sweet, doughy/bready, stone fruit, herbal, wood, caramel

Taste – Lots of caramel with an earthy woodsy finish

Palate – Dry light/medium body with some moderate bitterness

Overall – This year we went back to the OG recipe from 2013 just to see what it was like.
