Chef Alex Carballo is cooking up an extravagant morning buffet to start the week of beery festivities with a bang. And "Dr." Bill Sysak is providing a stellar lineup of rare and hard-to-find brews to fill up your commemorative glass. Join us for an awesome beginning to one of the best weeks you've ever had!
Sour Saturday

We'll have more than 2 dozen mouthwatering (and mouth-puckering!) sours on tap and in bottles available all day long! Need we say more?
Ultimate Beer & Chocolate
Sunday, November 4th | 2pm - 4pm
Join us for a veritable feast of some of the most unique and delicious chocolate creations to be found in San Diego. Each course of exquisite truffles will be paired with tasty craft beers for an over-the-top exercise in decadence. Only the best will do for San Diego Beer Week!
On the menu: 10 samples of outstanding craft beers and 10 sinfully delicious chocolates. These delectable truffles will be created by Stone's renowned Pastry Chef, Tony Martin.
Firestone Walker Brewing Co. 16th Anniversary Release Party

Firestone Walker Brewing Co. is celebrating its anniversary with us for the fourth year in a row! Join Brewer Sam Tierney at our outside bar for an awesome party commemorating 16 years of brewing world-class beers. He's bringing nearly a dozen special beers with him, including the much anticipated Firestone Walker XVI and other tasty rarities!

Join Stone's beloved blabbermouth, Ken Wright, for the scoop on San Diego's world-famous breweries and its upcoming stars in the beer world! Brewmaster's Dinner with Cascade Brewing

Cascade Brewing Co. is widely renowned for its award-winning, way-outside-of-the-box, barrel-aged sour beers. Join Cascade's Master Blender & Barrel Tender, Preston Weesner, for a spectacular 6-course meal and find out why! Each course will be paired with the best beers Cascade has to offer, many of which are rare and special brews that you won't be able to find anywhere else in Southern California!
Five Years of Four Beers
Friday, November 9th | 11am - 11pm
We've got four of your favorite Stone special releases in 5-year vertical tastings! Try five years' worth of Stone Old Guardian Barley Wine, Double Bastard Ale, Stone Imperial Russian Stout, and Stone Anniversary Ales! We will begin tapping these much sought-after brews at the Bistro bar beginning at 11am, and we'll keep pouring 'til they are all gone!
