TAPWYSE (STONE BREWING REWARDS MOBILE APP) TERMS & CONDITIONS
Welcome to the Stone Brewing Rewards mobile application (“App”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Stone Brewing Rewards Program (“Program”) and/or Stone Brewing Gargoyle Guild Paid Membership (“Membership”). By enrolling in the Program, using the App, or redeeming any associated rewards, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to join and participate in the Program or Membership. By enrolling, you affirm that you meet the minimum legal drinking age.
2. Membership & Billing
- Your participation in the Membership is a paid, automatically renewing subscription.
- By joining, you authorize Stone Brewing to automatically bill the payment card on file every month, beginning on the date of purchase and recurring on the same date each month.
- You may update your payment method at any time within the App.
- Stone Brewing is not responsible for overdraft fees, declined transactions, or other charges related to billing attempts.
3. Rewards, Benefits & Expiration
- Rewards, discounts, and Membership benefits issued through the Program do not roll over into the next month.
- Rewards, discounts, and Membership benefits are only redeemable at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Liberty Station, Stone Brewing Tap Room - Kettner, Stone Brewing Tap Room - Oceanside and Stone Brewing Tap Room - Pasadena, and are not valid at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens - Escondido.
- All rewards and coupons must be used before their designated expiration date; expired rewards have no value and cannot be reinstated.
- Rewards, benefits, and Membership discounts may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated.
- Membership benefits and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services.
- To qualify for a Birthday reward, you must create an account at least 7 calendar days before the 1st of your birthday month.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your Membership at any time.
- To cancel, log into the App, navigate to your Membership page, and select Cancel.
- Your Membership will cancel on the date you initiate cancellation and will prevent future billing.
- If you have already been billed for your current cycle, your Membership benefits and rewards will remain active until their expiration, but no prorated refunds will be issued.
- Deleted App accounts do not constitute Membership cancellation; cancellation must be completed through the Membership page.
5. Changes to the Program
Stone Brewing reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or update the Program or Membership, including available rewards, Membership benefits, terms, and pricing, at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
6. Termination
Stone Brewing may suspend or terminate your Membership at any time, with or without cause. In the event of termination by Stone Brewing, active rewards may be voided at Stone’s discretion.
7. Responsible Use
Stone Brewing encourages responsible consumption of alcohol. Rewards may only be redeemed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by Stone Brewing’s Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and shared. Please review the Privacy Policy on our website.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stone Brewing is not responsible for any losses, damages, delays, or system errors relating to the Program or Membership, including but not limited to issues related to technology, outages, or reward redemption.

STONE BREWING FUNDRAISER TERMS & CONDITIONS
In partnership with Stone Brewing’s third-party vendor, Force 4 Good, Stone Brewing is offering charities, non-profits, schools, and youth sport organizations the opportunity to schedule and host a fundraising event(s) at Stone Brewing World Bistro & Gardens – Liberty Station. To qualify for the fundraiser, an organization must be able to receive tax-deductible donations, (i.e., your organization must be exempt from federal income tax). This typically includes public entities (e.g., public schools), religious organizations, and nonprofit entities covered under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Fundraising event requests are not guaranteed unless the submitting organization (if accepted, “Organization”) receives a confirmation email from Stone Brewing / Force 4 Good accepting the request. If a fundraising event is approved, the date and time approved (the “Event”) will be referenced in the approval email, and the following terms and conditions apply:
One fundraiser may be hosted per day, valid only on Monday – Thursday (select blackout dates apply). Should a private buyout event occur on previously selected and approved fundraiser date, the fundraiser date will be moved to accommodate property buyout.
An Organization with an approved Event may submit any questions (leading up to the Event, or on Event Day) internally within the Force 4 Good online platform.
Once approved, the Organization will be provided with one electronic version of the Event fundraising flyer (the “Flyer”) for copying and distribution by the Organization as described below. The Flyer artwork, excluding the Organization name and logo, is owned by Stone Brewing or its affiliates and may be used by the Organization only as described in these terms and conditions.
The Organization will make copies of the Flyer at its own expense. All other advertising costs related to the Event incurred by the Organization are also the responsibility of the Organization.
The Organization may, also at its own expense, send Flyers to all supporters in the Organization’s database, post to Organization’s website, distribute to the Organization’s employees, friends, families and members of the community to promote the Event. By participating in the Event and using the Flyer, Organization warrants and represents that distributing the Flyers as described in the prior sentence is not in violation of any terms of use or Organization policies. Organization takes all responsibility for complying with any applicable laws (including without limitation online solicitation laws and the CAN-SPAM Act and/or CASL, as applicable) and Organization agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Stone Brewing, its parent company, any affiliates and each of their respective directors, officers and employees harmless from and against any claims by any third parties related to any such contact or violation of any laws.
In connection with the Event, the Organization may use the name and logo of Stone Brewing, as applicable, only to promote and otherwise factually describe the Event; provided, however, that the Organization may not issue a press release to local media promoting the Event, without Stone Brewing’s prior written approval.
Stone Brewing will donate to the Organization 15% of net sales for sales where an organization name was mentioned to a Stone Brewing Bistro Team Member. Sales that qualify for a donation include food and soft drinks; alcoholic beverages, off-premise beer, delivery, catering, merchandise, and gift cards do not qualify for donations.
Stone Brewing’s third-party vendor, Force 4 Good, will mail a check on behalf of Stone Brewing to Organization for the total donation amount approximately 45 days following Event.
Disclaimers: All scheduled events are subject to cancellation by Stone Brewing for the applicable Stone Brewing location, at their discretion.
Stone Brewing is not responsible for any technical issues related to tracking any Fundraisers.
On occasion, Stone Brewing may need to close the restaurant temporarily for any reason. Stone Brewing is not responsible for any refunds or credits to Organization for such downtime.
