SOCIAL MEDIA GIVEAWAY TERMS & CONDITIONS
From time to time, Stone Brewing may offer sweepstakes and/or contests on its official thirdparty social media page (Instagram). Each such giveaway or sweepstakes is referred to as a “Social Media Giveaway” or “Giveaway.” The Social Media Post setting forth the method of entry for each Social Media Giveaway is posted is referred to as a “Social Media Giveaway Post.” Please read these Official Rules before entering a Stone Brewing Social Media Giveaway.
You agree that, by submitting an entry to a Social Media Giveaway, you will be bound by these
Official Rules and the rules on the Social Media Giveaway Post and you acknowledge that you
satisfy all Social Media Giveaway eligibility requirements. Social Media Giveaways are created
and sponsored by Stone Brewing. By participating in each Social Media Giveaway, you agree to
these terms and conditions, which are available at Stone Brewing’s Instagram Bio, incorporated
herein by reference, and that your participation will be governed by, and you shall abide by, all
of the following rules outlined herein.
ELIGIBILITY
Must be 21 or older to enter. Contest is subject to all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Entries are void where restricted or prohibited by law, including in jurisdictions that do not allow contests involving alcohol-related brands or promotions. Sponsor reserves the right to verify age and eligibility. No purchase necessary. Purchase does not increase chances of winning.
PROMOTION RULES & REQUIREMENTS
No purchase necessary to enter or win giveaway.
Each Social Media Giveaway begins and ends on the dates and times as specified on the Social
Media Giveaway Post (the “Giveaway Entry Period”). Entries will only be accepted during the
Giveaway Entry Period.
Each entrant shall enter the competition on Stone Brewing Instagram by tagging another user in
the comments of the specified post by @StoneBrewing and following this Instagram profile, as is
designated in the Social Media Giveaway Post.
By participating, each person who participates (each a “Participant”) agrees to be fully and
unconditionally bound by these Rules, and represents and warrants that he/she meets the
eligibility requirements set forth herein.
By entering a Giveaway, you will not be eligible to receive any prizes awarded in any other
Giveaway unless you enter each Giveaway separately.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond The Promoter’s reasonable control, the
promoter reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition or these
terms and conditions, either in whole or in part, with or without notice. The contest is in no way
sponsored, endorsed or associated with Instagram.
PRIZES
Prize shall be as stated on Giveaway Social Media Post. Prize is non-negotiable, non-transferable
and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available. Where a Prize becomes unavailable for any
reason, the promoter reserves the right to substitute that prize for a prize of equal or higher
value.
Stone Brewing will award a prize to one or more individuals who enter the Social Media
Giveaway as specified in the Social Media Giveaway Post. The start and end dates and times of
the Social Media Giveaway, method of entry, prize(s) and winner selection method will be
specified on the Social Media Giveaway Post.
(1) Winner will be chosen at random and notified by direct message on Instagram. Winner must
claim Prize within a 24-hour period from receiving Winner notification by direct message;
failure to respond in a 24-hour period results in forfeited winnings, and a new Winner will be
chosen at random. The name, address, email address and/or phone number of the Winner must be
provided to Stone Brewing if requested and will be shared to enable fulfilment of the Prize. The
Winner’s first name and last initial may be posted on the social media profiles of Stone Brewing
after the Winner has been selected.
Welcome to the Stone Brewing Rewards mobile application (“App”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Stone Brewing Rewards Program (“Program”) and/or Stone Brewing Gargoyle Guild Paid Membership (“Membership”). By enrolling in the Program, using the App, or redeeming any associated rewards, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be 21 years of age or older to join and participate in the Program or Membership. By enrolling, you affirm that you meet the minimum legal drinking age.
2. Membership & Billing
- Your participation in the Membership is a paid, automatically renewing subscription.
- By joining, you authorize Stone Brewing to automatically bill the payment card on file every month, beginning on the date of purchase and recurring on the same date each month.
- You may update your payment method at any time within the App.
- Stone Brewing is not responsible for overdraft fees, declined transactions, or other charges related to billing attempts.
3. Rewards, Benefits & Expiration
- Rewards, discounts, and Membership benefits issued through the Program do not roll over into the next month.
- All rewards and coupons must be used before their designated expiration date; expired rewards have no value and cannot be reinstated.
- Rewards, benefits, and Membership discounts may not be combined with any other offers, promotions, or discounts unless explicitly stated.
- Membership benefits and rewards are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for any other products or services.
- To qualify for a Birthday reward, you must create an account at least 7 calendar days before the 1st of your birthday month.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- You may cancel your Membership at any time.
- To cancel, log into the App, navigate to your Membership page, and select Cancel.
- Your Membership will cancel on the date you initiate cancellation and will prevent future billing.
- If you have already been billed for your current cycle, your Membership benefits and rewards will remain active until their expiration, but no prorated refunds will be issued.
- Deleted App accounts do not constitute Membership cancellation; cancellation must be completed through the Membership page.
5. Changes to the Program
Stone Brewing reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to amend, modify, or update the Program or Membership, including available rewards, Membership benefits, terms, and pricing, at any time. Continued participation after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
6. Termination
Stone Brewing may suspend or terminate your Membership at any time, with or without cause. In the event of termination by Stone Brewing, active rewards may be voided at Stone’s discretion.
7. Responsible Use
Stone Brewing encourages responsible consumption of alcohol. Rewards may only be redeemed in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.
8. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by Stone Brewing’s Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, and shared. Please review the Privacy Policy on our website.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stone Brewing is not responsible for any losses, damages, delays, or system errors relating to the Program or Membership, including but not limited to issues related to technology, outages, or reward redemption.
