Stone Delicious IPA has been a rising star in our lineup thanks to its intense lemony-herbal flavor and aroma. That got us thinking… Why not amp up the citrus factor even more? Adding Talus hops to the mix brings in vibrant tangerine notes which are further amplified by the addition of sweet orange peel. The result is extra citrusy, extra juicy and extra Delicious.
To create a recipe so tropical and fruity without the addition of fruit was no feat our team of brewers would leave up to the gods. They took floral and citrus notes from Mosaic, Loral and Mandarina Bavaria hops to dish up a mouthwatering fruit punch to the palate. Get deserted on your own island or share with others. One thing is for sure: there is no need to light this one. It is already on fire. ABV: 7.5%
It’s no secret that IPAs are our favorite beer style. They represent everything we believe beer should be: bold, flavorful, and distinct. And while we’ve certainly enjoyed brewing high-ABV double IPAs over the years, we loved the challenge of packing all that bold character into a 4% IPA. With notes of dankness and citrus in a beautiful golden orange haze, this beer is brewed to celebrate neverending good times.
Over the years, Stone Farking Wheaton w00tstout has become one of our most anticipated annual releases – and not just because it’s an astoundingly flavorful beer concocted as a collaboration between FARK’s Drew Curtis, nerd royalty Wil Wheaton and Stone Brewing co-founder Greg Koch. It’s the incredible label art adorning this beer over the years that has elevated it to the pinnacle of beer, geekery and beer geekery. This year’s heroic artwork comes from Tom Raney, who has a history drawing comics at Marvel and DC, from X-Men to Batman. His label art depicts a superpowered, mecha-gargoyle ready to spring into action to protect the sublime sanctity of great craft beer.
