What can I say...everything was so "fresh". Loved the family style service (only cool people would come to an event like this), the food was amazing ( particularly loved the Sea Urchin and the Vanilla Bean panna Cotta and the price was smokin'. The only suggestion I'd offer is to list the suggested beer pairings for the various courses (for those like myself who can't seem to get off the IPA). Thanks for a beacon of hope in a country that thinks that it has to have 20 things in the ingredient list that you can't pronounce and shouldn't eat!!
