Got an email from a representative at the French Embassy here in the US, asking to meet to discuss possibly locating in France. Interesting. Our RFP is not finished yet (I estimate about 4-6 weeks), so I suggested it might be best for the conversation to pick back up at that time.
On another note, I appreciate the suggestions to possibly partner with another brewery, however at this time we're going down the path of creating our own independent brewery.
