Style - Peanut Butter & Jelly Berliner Weisse

Notes - Nutty, fruity, tart, bready, refreshing, like drinking a peanut butter and tart strawberry sandwich.
Overview -Kenny Rushton (Liberty Station Bartender) had the annoyingly clever idea to pair some peanut butter with a past Berliner Weisse we made. As much as I didn’t want to give him the benefit of the doubt, the flavor combination blew my mind to the point that I had to someday actually brew up a PB&J Berliner Weisse. If you love Peanut Butter (like I do), and you love a good Berliner Weisse this beer is for you.
